Building Affordable Communities

We have a housing crisis that is not only hurting our young people but those who are struggling to stay afloat. With a visible rise in homelessness, this crisis is making it nearly impossible for our families to afford to live where they grew up.

I will go to Washington to cut the bureaucratic "red tape" and restrictive federal permits that needlessly slow down local home construction. I will expand federal support for innovative, local-first solutions like Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and mixed-use housing, ensuring we maximize options without compromising our valuable farmland. My focus is on getting safe, stable, and affordable homes built quickly so every Valley family can stay and thrive in their community.
